A veces intentar hacer todo “de una” o en grande puede resultar mas frustrante o alejado de nuestra realidad😰

Generar objetivos y acciones pequeñas, con consciencia y persistencia nos permite generar habitos de largo plazo que son realistas y se sostienen en el tiempo 🙌🏼

En nuestras sesiones de coaching no hace falta intentar hacer todo perfecto de la noche a la mañana. Nuestro paso es lento, pero seguro. Pasos con consciencia que hacen que el camino recorrido sea sostenible✨

Una de las cosas que muchas de mis clientas expresan que “les ha cambiado la vida” es adoptar esta metodología apoyada por los Objetivos S.M.A.R.T para cambiar hábitos que creían imposibles y continuar utilizándolos una vez que terminamos con nuestro Programa 😁
