If you’re going yeah right “I’m not close enough to producers like you in NZ” do some research. There might be pools of organic farmers closer than what you think. Ask ask ask! Ask your butcher, ask where things come from. The source shouldn’t be that far away, and if it is - it’s probably better not to consume it. Yes, nutrition is a science and it will always keep on evolving.. but the truth is that eating healthy for YOUR body type doesn’t have to be stressful and so complicated..

Once you’re educated on nutrition and learn about your body, and what it needs NOW (not necessarily the same diet and nutritional intake that you had 5/10 years ago) then intuition and learning to listen 👂 is the key 🔑.
